Description
Responsibilities under the supervision of a physician include :
- Endoscopic vein and artery harvesting
- OR first and second assisting
- Some outpatient clinic responsibility
- History and physical exams
- Rounding on floor and ICU patients
- Heavy census management
Minimum Qualifications :
- Licensed or eligible to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Surgical and / or Cardiac experience.
- BLS certification required.
- NPs must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, have ANCC (or equivalent) and be Acute Care Certified (ACNP or AGACNP)
