- Answers all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
- Cashiering duties to include bank deposits.
- Generate phone calls to customers regarding purchases or services received, report feedback to appropriate manager.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, provide information to appropriate manager.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Generate sales leads
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- May include special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous receptionist and cashiering experience preferred
- Experience handling multiple phone lines
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Have excellent time-management skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Bilingual preferred
- Being outgoing, pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Being responsible, dependable and able to fulfill obligations
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Team player with a strong sense of commitment
