About the role :
As the Growth Enablement Manager for Maersk Ground Freight, you will work closely with front-line sales teams regionally, opportunity managers, solution engineers, vertical heads, and commercial and program management organizations where required.
You will be a focal point for commercial solutions in your region's business pursuits, ensuring necessary services and solutions.
You are responsible for helping NAM Marketing and Sales initiatives.
In this role, you will :
- Be the subject matter expert to support the business where needed with best practices on operational setup and capabilities, including interaction and onsite visits with customers.
- Drive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on North American market requirements and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Identify and explore opportunities to grow solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding market gaps, and supporting local and global business efforts.
- Collaborate with management teams and commercial heads to ensure strategic product coverage and approach for critical business pursuits.
- Provide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision-making for delivering the outlined financial results.
What you bring :
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business
- 6+ years of industry logistics, ground freight, LTL, or supply chain management experience
- Proven account management and commercial skills with strong operational understanding, including systems knowledge
- Ability to manage and develop a commercial pipeline
- Decision-making capability in the absence of management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to train, coach, evaluate, and mentor
Travel Requirements : Domestic travel expected up to 20%
