🔧 Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on fire sprinkler installation experience and strong leadership skills to oversee field crews and ensure timely, code-compliant project delivery.

✅ Responsibilities :

Supervise the installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial and light industrial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with GCs, field staff, and project managers
Maintain safety compliance on job sites
Track materials, labor, and project progress
Mentor and guide field technicians and apprentices
Ensure quality workmanship in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes

🧰 Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation (foreman or lead tech role preferred)

Extensive knowledge of NFPA 13 and related codes

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
