- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation programs.- Provide support and guidance to patients and families regarding therapy plans.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.- Participate in a 5-week orientation to understand facility protocols and patient care standards.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health regulations and safety standards.- Adapt to a weekly shift from Friday to Tuesday effectively managing patient schedules.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in a team setting.
