The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts across our portfolio. In this high-impact role, you'll :

• Drive innovation in AI-powered product design for SimplyCodes and Product.ai
• Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for complex features
• Contribute to product strategy and positioning through design-driven insights
• Collaborate closely with AI and machine learning teams
• Lead end-to-end product design processes

You'll report directly to the CEO (acting as Chief Product Officer) and play a key role in strategic design initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design for SimplyCodes and contribute to Product.ai development
• Conceptualize and design innovative AI-driven interfaces for e-commerce applications
• Participate actively in user research initiatives, including Jobs to Be Done studies
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems across products
• Create intuitive experiences for features like AI assistants and personalized recommendations
• Drive data-informed design decisions through A / B testing and analytics
• Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmapping discussions

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Product Designer at Demand.io, you might :

• Sketch concepts for a new AI-powered feature in SimplyCodes
• Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions for Product.ai
• Collaborate with the AI team to design an intuitive interface for complex algorithms
• Present design concepts to the executive team, influencing product strategy
• Conduct a rapid prototyping session to test new ideas with users

About You

We're looking for a "super IC" - someone who loves hands-on design work and can drive product strategy through design. You should have :

Must-Haves :

• 6-10 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2C tech or e-commerce
• Strong background in both UX and visual design
• Experience designing AI-powered products or features
• Proven track record in creating innovative, user-centric designs
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex UX challenges
• Data-driven approach to design, with ability to interpret and act on analytics

Nice-to-Haves :

• Experience with conversational UI and chatbot interface design
• Background in game design or designing products with gamification elements
• Familiarity with designing for AR / VR or other emerging technologies
• Publications or speaking engagements in product design, particularly related to AI or e-commerce
• Advanced degree in HCI, Design, or related field

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

At Demand.io, we align individual success with company performance :

• Competitive base salary : $150,000 - $250,000 DOE
• Equity : 0.25% - 0.50% initial grant in a $100M+ valuation company
