Pay Rate : 19.25 / hr

Shift : 6 : 30am-7 : 00pm and 6 : 30pm-7 : 00 am 2,2,3 schedule

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be :

• Maximizing machine productivity uptime, line speed, and quality.
• Operating the winder and performing quality checks.
• Assisting the Mercury Operator with troubleshooting quality issues.
• Assisting with roll changes, rip outs, and other downtime events.
• Monitoring and loading material as needed.
• Completing necessary documentation and logging production data.
• Training and supporting other team members.
• Maintaining cleanliness and following safety protocols.

• Have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Are able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
