What You’ll Do :
Generate sales by engaging with potential customers via phone, voicemail, and email to promote and sell financial services offered (loans) in a call center environment warm leads provided daily!
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
Educate customers on our lending products, services, and competitive advantages that will help them meet their financial goals.
Utilize strong communication, effective negotiation techniques, persistence, and persuasion skills to close sales with resilience and professionalism.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
