Description
Established Architecture and Engineering firm has an opening for an Architectural Specifications Writer. Direct-hire position with very competitive benefits!
Duties :
- Write technical specifications for Divisions 1-14 of the CSI Specifications format
- Coordinate design aspects with the architectural design team
- Coordinate selection of architectural equipment
- Review / edit the master architectural technical specifications
- Check / approve architectural shop drawings
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or technical degree in architectural systems design
- Architectural technical specifications writing experience required
- Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) accreditation from CSI preferred
