This position will be based on-site atour North Lauderdale, Floridalocation.
YourResponsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your mainresponsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varyingquestions, issues, andconcerns.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customerinquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through activelistening
- Work with confidential customer information and treatit sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by beingproactive
- Appropriately communicate withcustomers

- Proficient in Spanish andEnglish
- 6 months customer service experienceminimum
- Over 18 yearsof age
- Ability totype 25 wpm
- High School Graduate orGED
- Comfort withdesktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communicationskills
- Logicalproblem-solvingskills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to useWindows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritizationskills
