This position will be based on-site atour North Lauderdale, Floridalocation.

YourResponsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your mainresponsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varyingquestions, issues, andconcerns.

• Handle and carefully respond to all customerinquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through activelistening
• Work with confidential customer information and treatit sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by beingproactive
• Appropriately communicate withcustomers

• Proficient in Spanish andEnglish
• 6 months customer service experienceminimum
• Over 18 yearsof age
• Ability totype 25 wpm
• High School Graduate orGED
• Comfort withdesktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communicationskills
• Logicalproblem-solvingskills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to useWindows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritizationskills
