As part of Collins Digital Technologies Portals & Integration team, you’ll help drive digital transformation by supporting and developing new applications in our portal platform, Liferay, using ReactJS, .

NET, API, and SQL. These solutions are a core component of our initiative to create a more digital experience for our customers, partners, and employees.

What YOU will do :

  • You will develop & support Enterprise Web & portal applications using .Net, Java, and ReactJS technology.
  • You will develop unit tests and provide code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality.
  • You will collaborate with other developers, product owners, and designers to deliver solutions.
  • You will work with architects and senior developers to create scalable, extensible, and sustainable solutions.
  • You will build CI / CD pipelines for streamlined and effective deployments. Troubleshoot build issues and support deployments.
  • You will enhance technical acumen through research, user groups, and professional development.

Education & Experience :

Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have :

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • Experience with C#.
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS.
  • Experience in web development.
  • Experience in designing and developing REST services.
  • Experience SQL like MS SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Strong backend and database skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills We Value :

  • Experience in portal technology like Liferay.
  • Experience in building applications with Springboot / Java.
  • Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
  • Modern JavaScript UI frameworks (ReactJS, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience in CI / CD with tools like Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, etc.

Remote : Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
