What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Participate in partnership solutions to meet internal and external requirements
- Develop client reporting package for internal and external review
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial analysis and present recommendations
- Analyze operational and financial data to support fact-based decision-making
- Enhance revenue cycle monitoring and identify process improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of analytic experience in pricing, costing, and data analytics
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling experience
- Experience working collaboratively within a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reside in EST or CST Time zone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Healthcare and / or Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Proficiency using PowerPoint for presentations
