Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Sr. Web Automation Quality Engineer for the Front-End Personalization team to fill an open position with a leading grocer in the Cincinnati area.
This role involves spearheading initiatives to enhance customer experiences through personalized recommendations on the Kroger app and in-store shopping journeys.

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute test strategies within an Agile scrum team, ensuring the quality of front-end personalization features.
- Drive the adoption of test practices to improve code health, testing, and maintainability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and lead proof-of-concepts for potential adoption.
- Create and communicate technical roadmaps, fostering innovation through the development of in-house tools.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.)
- Experience with QA processes and deliverables in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools (Jira, Rally etc.)
- Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches.
- Experience working with or on remote teams
- Understand and utilize risk-based testing techniques
- Experience in test environment and test data management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, to challenge the norm
