Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call CenterCustomer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiriesresolving complaints and providing information about our productsand services.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Handleinbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously providingaccurate information and resolving customer issuespromptly.
- IssueResolution : Identify customer needs and providesolutions escalating complex issues to senior staff or appropriatedepartments as necessary.
- Product Knowledge : Maintainan indepth understanding of company products services and policiesto effectively assist customers.
- Feedback Collection : Gathercustomer feedback and report recurring issues to the managementteam for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration : Workclosely with team members and other departments to achieve overallcustomer satisfaction and meet service level targets.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other call center equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage timeeffectively.
- Patience and empathy when dealingwith challenging customer situations.
