What You'll Be Working On :
You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, playing a key role in shaping the Dallas landscape. The company is particularly focused on public sector construction.
Position Overview :
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a dynamic team. If you have a background in K-12, higher education or municipal project management and are ready to take on new challenges in a growing market, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in public sector construction project management ($30M+).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
