3. Summary of the opportunity

Client Overview : We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a leading technology company.

Role Summary : As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating travel arrangements processing expenses organizing meetings and events handling financial and personnel operations managing procurement and providing general office support.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the overall operations of the company.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

Manage and maintain executive calendars ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.

Coordinate travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries.

Process business expenses and maintain accurate records.

Organize and coordinate meetings and events including logistics and materials preparation.

Support department financial operations personnel operations and facility operations.

Manage procurement of goods and services including vendor relationships.

Provide general office support including answering calls organizing documents and handling correspondence.

Complete special projects as assigned.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications :

24 years of overall experience in administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook Word etc.).

Strong experience with Excel including data management and analysis.

Experience in calendar management scheduling and coordination.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Microsoft suite certification or an Associates degree is a plus.
