Position Responsibilities of Commercial Roofing Project Manager :
- Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Perform site visits and inspections
- Handle project documentation and reporting
Position Essential Job Functions of Commercial Roofing Project Manager :
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to travel to multiple project locations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
