Account Triage Representative

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assess the nature of each inquiry and accurately route calls to the appropriate department or team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company services, departments, and escalation protocols.
• Document call details and outcomes in the system to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve call routing processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide basic information and support when appropriate, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
