Tomat is a new seasonal, farm-to-table restaurant serving the Westchester community and greater Los Angeles that features a casual fine-dining restaurant, an event space, a rooftop terrace, and a restaurant garden.
We are currently looking to fill the position of ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (full-time). The Assistant General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, hiring and managing staff, operational tasks and inventory management, and collaborating with the accountant to track metrics, key performance indicators, payroll, and other financial analyses.
The ideal candidate has extraordinary management skills, superior communication, keen adaptability and problem solving experience, and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
