As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing custom-designed outdoor spaces that reflect our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and innovative design.

Join us and be part of a team that shares a love for Colorado's scenic outdoors and a dedication to excellence.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Construct and install pergolas, decks, and other outdoor structures according to custom design specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate and precise construction.-Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to specified dimensions.
• Assemble and join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.-Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Ensure all work is completed with a high level of detail and craftsmanship.-Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience as a Carpenter, with 7-10 years of experience and a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift 80-100 pounds and work in various weather conditions.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.-Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.Preferred Qualifications : -Experience in building outdoor structures such as pergolas and decks.
