School Psychologist Job Description :
- Conduct psychological assessments : Evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to identify strengths and challenges.
- Develop intervention plans : Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create strategies and programs to support students' academic and social-emotional needs.
- Provide counseling and support : Offer individual and group counseling to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, and facilitate skill-building workshops.
- Consultation and collaboration : Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to foster a positive school climate, promote inclusive practices, and support students' overall well-being.

Interview Process :
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
