We are looking for a talented and reliable Carpenter Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of carpentry and maintenance tasks at our facilities.

As the Carpenter Maintenance Technician at Elite Sports Clubs, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and equipment throughout our facilities.

You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities :

• Perform carpentry repairs and installations, including framing, drywall, trim work, and cabinetry, as needed.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, locks, and other hardware throughout the facility.
• Install and repair flooring, including tile, carpet, and hardwood, to ensure a safe and attractive environment for our members and guests.
• Construct and repair fitness equipment, benches, and other structures using woodworking tools and techniques.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or general maintenance, with a focus on commercial facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using woodworking tools and equipment, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
