Responsibilities :
- Utilizes MS Excel to generate comprehensive production reports.
- Sets and maintains production schedules on a daily and weekly basis.
- Optimizes inventory levels through effective min / max management.
- Spearhead’s initiatives for waste and cost reduction.
- Guarantees orders are shipped promptly, meeting customer expectations.
- Identifies areas for process improvement and implements necessary changes.
- Conducts time studies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in a production supervisor role.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Previous experience in Cut & Sew operations is preferred.
- Commitment to enforcing rigorous safety procedures.
