The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, responsible for overseeing project accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Accounts Receivable : Manage prime contract administration, AIA billings, and ensure collections through lien preparation.
• Accounts Payable : Handle sub-subcontractor administration, AIA billings, purchase orders, and serve as a lead for company-wide AP functions.
• Contract & Billing : Oversee contract terms and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.-Payroll & Timecards : Enter timecards and production quantities, ensuring accurate payroll and job costing.
• Job Cost Management : Monitor project budgets, prepare job cost reports, and conduct variance analysis to ensure profitability.
• NTO Filing : Ensure Notice to Owner filings are completed accurately and on time.-Change Orders : Assist in processing and tracking change orders as they relate to project budgets.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Education : High School Diploma (required).-Experience : -Minimum 2+ years of construction accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor software (2+ years of experience required).-Skills : -Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.-Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for job cost and variance analysis.
• Transportation : Must have reliable transportation.-Relocation : Must be willing to relocate to Sanford, FL prior to starting work.
