In this paid internship, you'll be empowered to work on challenging and complex issues in a collaborative environment with other talented interns.

Over the 10-week program, you'll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success.

The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank.

The intern will be a team member of the following group :

Treasury Management Sales focuses on providing specialized financial services and solutions to help businesses manage their liquidity, payments, and collections more effectively.

We work closely with clients across different industries to optimize their treasury management strategies.

What we are looking for :

The intern can expect to assist in various aspects of treasury management, including analyzing clients' cash flow data and developing pro forma's, supporting the development of customized treasury solutions, and participating in client meetings.

They will also gain exposure to day-to-day operations, such as reviewing and optimizing existing processes and assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports.

Individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.

You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including :

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.

Compensation : Hourly range for new hires is generally $19.50 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
