Position Overview
The digital support analyst will support the digital team from a technical perspective. This includes working cross functionally and internationally to ensure parity within the digital landscape.
This role will support our .com team as well as our Amazon / Marketplace team.
This role requires a self-starter that can bring projects to completion by the deadline set. As well as look for insights in the data, providing recommendations to the team.
Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of Product Detail Pages
- Manage and update product detail pages on our direct-to-consumer site, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Includes handling new and existing products, overseeing US / Canada Amazon brand stores, ensuring MAP compliance, and maintaining best-in-class content.
- Collaborate on PIM / MAM content initiatives.
- Digital Data Requests and Reporting
- Extract and compile data from various agencies and service providers (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Decile, Sprout Social) for month-end reporting and other needs.
- Analyze data to identify and recommend business opportunities.
- Product Forecasting and Demand Collaboration
- Work with the digital team to submit product forecasts and manage demand to keep best sellers fully stocked.
- Focus on demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize sales.
4. Ad Hoc Data Requests
Fulfill data requests from the digital team as needed.
Requirements :
- Excellent analytical skills utilizing Excel, SQL or native platform reporting like Shopify
- Amazon Vendor Central understanding
- Experience developing reports and manipulating data in Excel or a Business Intelligence tool
- Action-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills
- Must have the ability to work with a rapidly changing business and thrive in a fast-paced environment
