What Is The Role :
We are seeking a talented Senior / Lead Rust Engineer with skills to join a highly skilled team as part of an innovative, interoperable platform.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of robust backend solutions that facilitate seamless interaction across our DeFi platform.
You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to implement features that enhance user experience and platform performance.
What You Are Responsible For :
- Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using Solana .
- Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem , introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.
What We Require From You :
- 3 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Solana development and smart contract creation.
- Solid understanding of Rust programming language.
- Experience in developing cross-chain solutions, with knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Ethereum being a plus.
- Strong familiarity with Solana’s decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for blockchain innovation
