Location : Variouslocations across Ohio

Asan HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of human resourcespractices and processes. You will manage recruitment employeerelations performance management and compliance with labor laws.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing HRstrategies that align with the company sgoals.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Managethe recruitment and selection process to attract hire and retaintoptalent.
  • Overseeemployee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions.
  • Implementand monitor performance managementsystems.
  • Ensurecompliance with labor laws andregulations.
  • Developand implement HR policies andprocedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a relatedfield.
  • 5years of experience in human resourcesmanagement.
  • S trongknowledge of HR best practices and laborlaws.
  • Excellentleadership and decisionmakingskills.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalabilities.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membershipin good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience incorporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.

Strongunderstanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, andcompliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.
