Receptionist
Our client, a Global Mission Driven Nonprofit in San Francisco is seeking a proactive and motivated Receptionist to join their team! This is an onsite, contract role with the potential to go full-time with the right candidate.
In this role, you will oversee daily office operations while providing top-notch administrative support to the team. If you're looking to gain comprehensive knowledge about the nonprofit sector while contributing to a diverse environment that is driving social change, this is the place for you!
Please note this is contract, temp-to-perm role, pay would be $53,000-55,000
Responsibilities :
- Manage phone lines; answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Assist with monitoring COVID-19 safety protocols
- Manage distribution of access badges for all new / current employees
- Oversee office supplies and equipment; obtain vendor quotes as needed
- Receive and route incoming packages, mail, and correspondence
- Assist Executive team members with calendar management, travel arrangements, etc.
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of administrative / reception experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with first-rate phone etiquette
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Resourceful and ready to proactively solve problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
