Store Manager CAFFENIO Drive-Thru
CAFFENIO, a leading coffee drive-thru concept from Mexico, is expanding into the U.S. and we are looking for a Store Manager to join our team! As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage the team, ensure financial performance, and create an engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the team to meet monthly sales goals by organizing and monitoring sales plans.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and transactions by analyzing sales data and marketing plans.
- Assist in planning sales and profits projections for the next six months based on previous performance.
- Ensure promotions and special offers are correctly implemented to maximize revenue.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs), such as average ticket size and transaction volume, to inform business decisions.
- Manage orders for cleaning and office supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficiency and adherence to budget targets.
- Ensure efficient operations, reducing service times to under 3 minutes per customer.
- Handle customer issues promptly and follow up with Shift Supervisors and Barista Trainers as needed.
- Create weekly staff schedules that comply with labor laws and business needs.
- Ensure all products meet company standards for quality and consistency.
- Maintain open communication with staff on operational changes, promotions, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promptly addressing any concerns with upper management.
- Promote CAFFENIO’s positive culture, ensuring team members are trained, motivated, and empowered.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of payroll, sales, and operational reports.
Qualifications :
- Experience in personnel management, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost-control strategies.
- Experience handling customer service and conflict resolution.
- Strong decision-making and resource management skills.
- Experience in developing strategies to boost sales and reduce costs.
- Preferred experience in process improvements and performance appraisals.
Education :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Bilingual (English / Spanish).
- Willingness to travel to Hermosillo, MX for training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to move quickly within all areas of the restaurant.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Salary : $50,960 per year
