Operates Tractor and Trailer equipment in a team environment, loading and unloading. Involves considerable knowledge of equipment and essential functions.

What Youll Do :
As an OTR Team Driver, you will be part of a dynamic team who serves internal / external customers in a professional, safe and efficient manner consistent with DNAs and DNTIs mission, vision and values.
$85,000 annual average earnings with potential for more! Pay is based on hub miles plus hourly pay for fueling, pre-& post trip inspections and unloading time.
Home Time home weekends with 2 days off
Private fleet with 90% retention be part of the team, not just a truck number
Equipment assigned automaticFreightliner Cascadias, replaced on 36-month cycle
Amenities trucks are equipped with refrigerators, invertors, and company paid Sirius XM radio
Vacation & Time Off three weeks paid vacation (accrues starting Day 1) + 11 paid holidays + an additional 24-40 PTO hours depending on when you start
