We prioritize quality, innovation, and sustainability in our production processes. As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Warehouse Operations Supervision :

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize storage space and minimize carrying costs.

Team Leadership :

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Control :

• Implement inventory control procedures to accurately track and manage stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Order Fulfillment :

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor order fulfillment metrics and implement process improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.

Quality Assurance :

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that cosmetic products meet the highest quality standards.
• Implement quality checks and inspections at various stages of the warehouse process.

Safety and Compliance :

• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to protect warehouse personnel and product integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to cosmetics and hazardous materials handling.

Equipment Maintenance :

• Manage and schedule maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and pallet racking.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse performance.
• Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. School Diploma or equivalent education level as a minimum requirement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE :

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
