We handle all aspects of leasing, property maintenance, general contractor management, as well as sales and acquisitions services.

Full Job Description
G & B Property Management is seeking a full time professional Maintenance technician. Preferably with plumbing experience to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment communities
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Window repairs
- Door repair
- Air Conditioning and Heater Repairs
- Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards
Qualifications :
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Ability to receive directions and contribute to a team environment
- Strong written / oral communication skills
- Available for emergency on-call duties
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
