The APM also ensures the ord e r ly f l o w o f i n f o r m a ti o n between I-Grace, subcontractors and vendors. REQUIREMENTS 2 + y e ar s o f c o ns t r u cti o n e x p e r ie n c e , pr e f e r a b l y r eside n tial, luxury retail or tenant improvement.
Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree preferred. Expertise in MS Office Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Autodesk Build and Sage 300 / Timberline preferred.
COMPENSATION Weekly compensation is commensurate with experience and could range from $70k to $100k annually. This role is not eligible for Visa-Sponsorship.
