As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be part of the team that manages equipment orders after closing. The customer service specialist will be in communication with customers to set up accounts in our electronic database, as well as confirming contact info for accounts payable, site delivery contacts, etc
This position will primarily interact with new customers through e-mail or phone, and present a positive experience for the customer after they place orders.
Job Duties :
- Create and set up customer accounts
- Communicate with customers to confirm contact info, site addresses, and invoice delivery methods
- Close collaboration with Sales and Operations
- Maintaining information in electronic databases
- Weekly team meetings to review account status
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
- Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
- Create template invoices and submit for payment processing
- Review, process, and run internal invoice proofs
- May be asked to run credit memos or manual invoices
Qualifications :
- Maintain strong customer relations by having a positive attitude
- General computer proficiency
- Customer Service experience beneficial but not required
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, or salesforce systems beneficial
