POSITION PURPOSE
Recovery Unplugged owns and operates multiple substance abuse treatment centers across the United States. We are head-quartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Fort Lauderdale location(PHP / IOP). The Clinical Manager will oversee all client care and report to the Clinical Director in Florida.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION :
Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral health or equivalent field of study required.
EXPERIENCE :
Clinical supervision / management is a plus
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION :
LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc. REQUIRED
OTHER :
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
SKILLS / ABILITIES :
Ability to work as a team member and have management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs.
Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Patient Confidentiality Laws.
Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program.
Basic knowledge of the disease model of addiction
- Determines staff qualifications and competency; recruits, selects, hires, trains, orients, mentors and rewards.
- Interviews / recommends departmental staff for hire, evaluates, disciplines and recommends for termination, monitors work performance and completes evaluations.
- Responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the continuum of care from admission through discharge placement
- Interviews clients, reviews records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate condition of clients.
- Ensures clinical records contain comprehensive information needed for authorization of treatment.
- Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services
- Ensures compliance with all DCF and Joint Commission standards
- Holds daily meetings with clinical staff
- Provides clinical services to clients as needed
- Maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times with clients, families, coworkers and other professionals.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
