Maintenance Mechanic - Housing Authority

SALARY :   $48,000 - $52,000 depending on experience.

Yearly increases.

NYS Retirement System Pension and excellent health benefits (including dental and vision).

Sick time which begins immediately with vacation time earned after six months.

LOCATION : City of Saratoga Springs – Housing Authority

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The following qualification(s) must be met and clearly stated on the application form :

• Two years of full time paid  experience in general building construction or maintenance activities involving application of carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades techniques, AND
• Eligibility for an appropriate level New York State driver’s license at time of application; possession of license at time of appointment.
