Role : Sourcing Specialist / Data Entry Clerk
Pay Rate : $18.50 / hr
Location : Coppell, TX 75019 ONSITE
Work Hours : M-F 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and update large datasets, tracking 3,000-5,000 open jobs using Excel and Google Sheets.
Perform extensive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Think creatively and strategically to target candidates in rural areas.
Adapt and learn quickly, with a strong willingness to develop new skills.
Transfer and maintain data from Excel to live Google Sheets.
Work with Management to consistently review and refresh ad postings
Qualifications :
Strong proficiency in Excel, including basic functions and data management.
Background in data entry; HR experience not required.
Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.
