Sr. Demand Planning Manager
We are currently working with a fast-moving consumer goods company that is leveraging both product innovation and the formalization of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to drive their turnaround efforts.
Position Description :
- Sr. Demand Planning Manager reporting to the VP of Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain a rolling forecast to drive the entire demand planning process.
- Drive efficiencies in- and lead the demand consensus process.
- Participate in the financial budgeting process.
- Advise sales and marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.
- Identify areas of opportunity in the Demand Planning process and make improvements.
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.
Background Required :
- Highly energetic individual with at least 7+ years of demand planning experience.
- Strong use of Excel or Excel add-ons for forecasting and planning.
- Degree preferred but not required;
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
Miscellaneous :
- Compensation : $130,000 - $170,000 + bonus.
- Renter’s relocation available.
