Lead Carpenter / Foreman needed for high end residential remodels and new construction.
Must :
- be able to perform high level carpentry
- lead and teach 1 or 2 carpenters
- listen and communicate well
- be able to understand detailed instructions
- keep a clean job site
- have leadership experience in residential building
- be polite and good natured
Looking for someone to have a 30-90 day trial period to see how they fit in with our small company.
