Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Student Financial Services Processing Supervisor to join our team of exceptional employees.
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the financial aid processing team. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of financial aid processes, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides exceptional service to students and their families.
The Student Financial Services Processing Supervisor will lead a team of financial aid processors, streamline processing procedures, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Student Financial Services, Financial Aid Office.
The Supervisor will maintain a thorough and current working knowledge of federal, state, and institutional rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure program compliance.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in communications, psychology, marketing, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of full-time professional work experience in financial aid. An appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), and electronic mail.
