Full-Time Nanny for Infant Twins
Location : Heights, TX 77008
Pay : $25 - $30 / hour
Benefits : 40 hours / week guaranteed, 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick leave, paid holidays
Start Date : October 21, 2024 (flexible)
Commitment : Minimum 1 year
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM, with occasional flexibility to stay until 6 : 00 PM. Potential for Friday mornings if needed.
Family Overview :
This warm, laid-back family is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their 3-month-old twins. Their 2-year-old son is in daycare full-time but will need care on sick days and school holidays.
Both parents are busy physicians who value reliability, teamwork, and open communication. The ideal nanny will be proactive, creative, and organized, with a passion for child development.
Spanish-speaking or artistic skills are a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Provide nurturing, educational care for the twins
- Assist with the 2-year-old as needed
- Handle children’s laundry, sanitize bottles, and prepare simple meals
- Keep play and meal areas tidy
Requirements :
- 5+ years of childcare experience (twins preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with parents and maintain a structured environment
