Our client, a prominent manufacturer in their industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team.
This key leadership role will oversee all financial operations and play a crucial part in shaping the company's strategic direction.
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the CEO and other executives
- Oversee all finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with regulations
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Oversee risk management and insurance programs
- Drive operational efficiencies and cost reduction initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and / or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Significant experience in manufacturing industry finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
- Experience with M&A, capital raising, and investor relations
- Proven track record of implementing financial systems and process improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams
- Outstanding communication skills, able to present complex financial information to various stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business performance
