Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Lead and continuously improve the TIQ business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment.
  • Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives. Build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives.

Drive alignment to demonstrate performance improvement and hold accountability to those decisions. Share the best methods across all sites regardless of technology and site mission differences.

  • Review and lead current Micron Sites TIQ performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
  • Lead TIQ alignment and improvement to meet Micron TIQ objectives. Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, new technology introduction, first of a kind tool enablement and etc.
  • Engaging suppliers for Continuously improvement to achieve BIC TIQ performance.
  • Develop and improve Micron TIQ documentations when is needed, includes TIQ specification, TIQ configuration and related process qualification data.
  • Supporting Critical Tool installation scenarios and work with sites to implement BIC method for fastest TIQ schedule recovery.
  • Continuously improvement from TIQ Phases Pre-ODD Planning , Installation Optimization , Process Qualification Simplification and Post TIQ Performance .

Project Management

  • Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives.
  • Move projects effectively through project lifecycle definition, planning, implementation, acceptance and review.
  • Motivate partners and all project team members to take ownership of project successes.
  • Lead priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature.
  • Define metrics to gauge project success and promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
  • Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue.
  • Organize and apply time and resources effectively.
  • Constantly evaluate self, approach and goals.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality in work.
  • Complete assignments in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
  • Display self-motivation / initiative to complete work, training, or projects.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering
  • Min 5 years relevant Wafer Fab experience
  • Good communication in English
