A Day in the Life of the Senior Director of Operations
The Senior Director of Operations will help lead the back-office and field operations for the entire country. It is accountable for the success of key corporate operational areas of the organization.
Getting the corporate operations into world-class shape and leading a team of Managers will fill each day. Each day, the Senior Director of Operations will work with an incredible team.
Core Tactics
- Lead the team of functional managers for key corporate operational areas
- Build, train, and mentor a diverse team of corporate operational professionals
- Create and implement a workforce plan that aligns with the company's goals and values
- Oversee the Fleet and SII (Safety, Insurance, and Incidents), while producing data-driven recommendations on improving efficiency, and how to best leverage company assets
- Lead all administrative efforts for the company’s high-performing 1099 sales team
- Champion the Real Estate & Facilities department which administers all office and apartment leases nationwide
- Communicate operational performance for each key business unit to senior leadership
- Offer strategic guidance and insight based on past experiences to aid in the growth of the company
- Additional leadership and hands-on responsibilities as needed
