We have a sales manager opportunity at our Washington Courthouse location.

Position Responsibilities :

• Work directly with team members and clients to develop long standing relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process
• Build rapport among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospects
• Provide continued training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales, being a pacesetter with client care, and profit
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations with associates and clients
• Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that clients understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Partner with General Manager and / or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
• Analyze business metrics to determine shortfalls, create, and implement action plans to elevate performance
