Job Description
American Technologies, Inc. has an opening for a Healthcare Technician for our newly expanding Healthcare Environmental Services Division.
The Healthcare Technician will be responsible for working in a hospital or medical facility when a disaster occurs from fire and / or water loss.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures regarding remediation and hazardous material containment and clean-up
- Hazardous Waste Operations
- Adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling.
- Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities
- Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and lifting items into storage
- Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
- Healthcare Facility bio-hazard clean-up
- Asbestos removal / abatement
- Mold Remediation
- Lead Abatement

Estimated Pay Range : $22-26 / hr. Dependent on experience.
