Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management
- Coordinate and maintain the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts in a proactive manner.
- Ensure timely reminders for upcoming commitments and deadlines.
Communication Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications.
- Filter and prioritize emails, calls, and other messages; draft responses as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.
Administrative Support
- Manage expenses, billing, and other personal records.
- Conduct research and prepare briefings on various topics, as requested.
- Support day-to-day personal needs, such as running errands or purchasing gifts.
Project and Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders for smooth event logistics.
- Track deadlines and project milestones, reporting progress regularly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
