Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Cromwell, CT.
25 week assignment.
Day shifts
Open to all experience levels
10-15 hours per week
Minimum qualifications :
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active PT license in the state of CT.
- Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Mosaics Code of Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Flexibility and team work
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Experience with the geriatric population
- Understanding of current Medicaid billing regulations
