As a FinPath Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and distribution of the FinPath financial wellness program among HUB International retirement plan advisors and relationship managers.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that the needs of HUB employee benefits producers, account executives, and their clients are met effectively.
This may involve providing feedback on product features and enhancements, coordinating training sessions and workshops, and developing marketing collateral and sales materials tailored to the needs of our target audience.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to wholesale financial wellness programs to employee benefit producers, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HUB employee benefits producer and account executives understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to address their clients' financial wellness requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of financial wellness programs.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to HUB employee benefits producers and account executives, showcasing the value proposition and features of our financial wellness programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the retirement planning landscape, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for management review.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) preferred.
- Proven track record of success in wholesale sales within the financial services industry, with specific experience selling to retirement plan advisors highly desirable.
- General understanding of retirement planning concepts, investment products, and regulatory requirements governing the financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to evolving business priorities and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Hours of Work :
Monday Friday 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm with the schedule varying as program requirements dictate. This position does include travel to local office and industry events.
Some early morning, evening, and weekend work will potentially occur if requested by those who need support.
Hybrid office / home work environment.

The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $180,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
